This 5-day trek will be one powerful long weekend designed just for you to ignite the fire within! Life often can be CraZy, and we all need time to RECONNECT with ourselves, RECHARGE, and REFOCUS! You will be surrounded by highly driven, overachieving adventurers on a mission to IGNITE the FIRE while soaking up God’s beauty and CRUSHING a once-in-a-lifetime trail mission.
The Hike. Live. Explore. Patagonia Trek is an incredible way to have an adventurous outdoor experience in South America while exploring the Patagonia Region, embarking on a series of unforgettable hikes, and discovering a thrill like no other.
These five days will fire up the explorer within you! Something about a journey in the wilderness makes us feel tough. We will learn what it takes to commit to a goal to spend a few miles away amid the most breathtaking views, get outdoors, unplug, and recharge in nature. Come and experience the NUMBER ONE National Park in the world! Torres del Paine is home to the most epic views encompassing mountains, glaciers, lakes, and rivers in the most Southern Chilean Patagonia.
With hundreds of miles of trails, the Torres del Paine National Park is a hiker’s paradise for the adventurous seeking wilderness and solitude.
During the 5-Day trek, we will crush the trails and soak up the views of the stunning and distinctive granite 3-peaks of the Paine Massif, conquer the French Valley, and tackle the most famous trekking trail. You will ignite the fire – in hiking, exploring, and life.
Each day you will take on a new challenge and take your adventure status to a new level. In the weeks before the trek, you will train your mind, body, and soul so that you will conquer the mission. No worries, I have your training covered and a plan for you to execute… however, you MUST be able to hike up to 10 miles in one day. Your fitness level is critical. We are in this together!

All meals are included. Kicking it off with a welcome dinner prepared by our very own private chefs. And to think we have them for the entire weekend! All breakfasts will be ready for us as we enjoy a relaxing morning before the daily mission kicks off! A picnic lunch will be packed for the hikes that we will enjoy on the trails after putting in the miles. Dinners will be in family style on-site by our personal chefs.

Paine Massif's Heart: French Valley
We'll begin the challenging trek to Valle Frances (French Valley) along a steep trail that leads to the very heart of the Paine Massif. How far in we go depends on our group's trekking rhythm. A swifter walk will lead us to the hanging bridge over the French River, located at the foot of the southeastern face of the Massif, where we will be treated to fantastic views of the valley. We'll keep heading towards the upper section of the valley where we will be able to marvel at the extensive mass of the valley's geological formations. After our upward trek, we'll pause for a picnic and relax next to the stunning views. This day's trek will end as we descend through an undulating terrain of mixed grassland and light forest, leading us to Refugio Paine Grande which is located on the peaceful shores of Lake Pehoe.
Grey Glacier Trek & Boat Ride
We'll hike from Paine Grande Refugio along the shores of Lake Pehoe to the northern side of the glacially beautiful Lake Grey. We'll feast on a picnic lunch before boarding the boat that sails right to the facade of Glacier Grey. Take in the unreal views of this beautiful glacier, while sipping on a drink stocked with fresh glacier ice. And then back to the domes for the night.
The Big Challenge: Torres Del Paine
The goal will be to complete the most famous trekking trail in Torres del Paine National Park! It's a challenge, but definitely worth it! We'll walk from the campsite towards Hostería Las Torres before ascending to Ascencio Valley on the Tower's eastern face. Mountain ridges, beech forests, and small rivers line the scenic walk towards the valley. Our big challenge is the steep moraine, a huge mass of boulders which leads us to that iconic base-view of the Towers, three gigantic granite monoliths that are the remains of a great cirque sheared away by glacial ice. After a tough uphill climb, the Towers eventually come into full view, rising majestically before us with the glacial lake visible below. Is there any better place in the world to have lunch? After feasting next to this beautiful view, we'll backtrack along the same trail through Ascencio Valley and return to Camp for a well-deserved dinner and a glass of Chilean wine.
STRETCH with a View
Be in the moment as we start or end our days with a short 45-60 minute stretch session. This adventure will be difficult so it will be essential to stretch out our bodies and relax so we can get back to it for the next day's adventure.

You can count on unforgettable scenery, empowering physical challenges, loving support from ah-mazing adventurers, deep personal growth, and will return home recharged and refreshed! A hiking training program leading up to the mission will also be provided.
Pretty much everything! 4 Breakfasts, 5 Picnic Lunches, 4 Family Style dinners with a personal chef, a Training Program, All ground transportation, boat crossing voucher on Grey Lake, 3 nights at camp, 1 night at Paine Grande (camping), Park Fees, Sleeping Bag (if needed), Taxes, Fees, One expert English speaking trekking guide, Yoga sessions, and tons of fun! Not to mention the personal growth… is priceless! Excluded is your Wine/Beer, gratuities and travel insurance.
Airfare is NOT Included (ground transportation is). Once retreat ticket is purchased, we will connect as a group to fly in and out together. Depending on fares, we will be flying into Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales. You also have the option to extend your stay if you would like… we will just meet at the airport for pick up. Plan for a day of travel.
Sure do! Personal payment plans can be arranged after a non-refundable $500 deposit is made to reserve your spot. 1/2 Payment is due November 1, 2023. Full payment is due January 28, 2024. Message me at jill@jillallencoaching.com to create a personal plan.
All retreat sales will be FINAL. With your $500 deposit, you are committing to the full payment of the retreat. Refunds are not available. Tickets are transferable. Proof of travel insurance required. Just plan to be there.
